Cancellation Policy: We have a 48-hour cancellation policy in place as both your time and my time are valuable. We reserve the right to charge 100% of your appt cost for any late cancelled and/or no-showed appts. Deposit are non-transferable and non-refundable. Permanent Makeup Cancellation Policy: You can reschedule one time up to 5 days in advance of your service (New Permanent Makeup sessions ONLY), but inside of that window your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to submit another deposit to secure a future appt. For no-showed services: your deposit will be forfeited, as well as 50% of the full service for new permanent makeup sessions and 100% of the service for touchup sessions will be charged to the card on file and you will not be able to book a future appt unless it is paid in full at time of booking.
